Refund policy
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
1. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase and withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out below and any mandatory rights that apply in your country of residence.
For physical goods, the cancellation period generally begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
Where:
- multiple goods are ordered in a single order but delivered separately, the cancellation period generally begins when you receive the final item;
- goods are delivered in several lots or pieces, the cancellation period generally begins when you receive the final lot or piece; or
- the contract concerns regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the cancellation period generally begins when you receive the first item.
2. How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your clear decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
You can contact us at:
Email: info@lexenaudio.com
Please include your name and, where available, your order number or other information that allows us to identify your purchase. You do not have to use any particular wording or provide a reason for cancelling.
You may also use the model cancellation form provided at the end of this policy, but you are not required to do so.
If you cancel by electronic means, we may acknowledge receipt of your cancellation.
3. No return required
We do not normally require you to return goods to us when you validly exercise your cancellation right under this policy.
Once we confirm that your cancellation request has been accepted and tell you that no return is required, you may keep the goods or dispose of them responsibly.
This is a voluntary policy that is intended to be more favourable to customers than requiring the return of goods. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If we make a separate arrangement requiring goods to be returned, we will provide you with the relevant instructions and clearly explain any applicable return arrangements.
4. Refunds following cancellation
Where you validly cancel a purchase, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This will generally include:
- the price paid for the goods; and
- the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
If you specifically chose a delivery method that costs more than our least expensive standard delivery option, we may not be required to refund the additional cost of that more expensive delivery option.
Unless a different timeframe is required by applicable law, and because we do not normally require the goods to be returned, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your valid cancellation.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise and you do not incur any fees as a result.
Your bank, card provider or payment service may take additional time to process or display the refund.
5. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
- an item is defective or damaged;
- you received the wrong item; or
- the goods do not otherwise conform to the contract or applicable legal requirements.
Your statutory rights are separate from and in addition to your right to cancel.
Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies to your purchase, you may be entitled to one or more remedies, which may include:
- repair;
- replacement;
- a price reduction; or
- a full or partial refund.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights.
For UK consumers, rights relating to faulty goods are primarily governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For EU consumers, statutory remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination/refund, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
6. Exceptions to the right to cancel
The 14-day cancellation or withdrawal right does not apply in every situation.
Depending on the product and the law applicable to your purchase, exceptions may include:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
- sealed audio, video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
- certain goods or services where the price depends on financial-market fluctuations beyond our control;
- certain newspapers, periodicals or magazines, other than relevant subscription arrangements;
- contracts concluded at a public auction;
- certain accommodation, transport, car rental, catering or leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period;
- services that have been fully performed where the legal requirements for the loss of the cancellation or withdrawal right have been met, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement; and
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where supply has begun with the required prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation or withdrawal right.
These exceptions apply only where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
Discounted or sale items are not excluded from statutory cancellation rights simply because they were sold at a reduced price.
Nothing in this policy excludes a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
The EU and UK rules contain specific exceptions and conditions, including requirements concerning express consent for certain services and digital content.
7. Exchanges
As we do not normally require cancelled goods to be returned, we do not currently offer direct exchanges as part of our standard cancellation process.
If you would like a different product, you may cancel or return your original purchase where applicable and place a new order.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
8. How to contact us
For cancellations, refund requests or questions about your order, contact:

To help us locate your order quickly, please provide your name and, where available, your order number or other purchase details.
9. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit, replace or exclude any rights that you have under applicable consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer, you may have additional mandatory rights depending on:
- where you live;
- where you made your purchase;
- the type of goods, services or digital content purchased; and
- the circumstances of the transaction.
Where mandatory consumer protection law gives you greater protection than this policy, that mandatory law will apply.
